I think he needs some kind of a safety harness there. Gutter cleaning is very risky work. In a multi-story house like this, it can be a lot more dangerous. He should also wear non-slick shoes and be absolutely aware of his footing all the time. I have to admire his courage, though. I can never do that on my own, LOL.
